TheSoftInterrogator and WHY

In a world that is moving quickly toward Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Intelligence (HI) is crucial in matters that involve…humans. Humans make up 100% of your staff, it’s time to learn how to communicate in a manner that promotes trust, understanding, and connection.

Your team is comprised of humans that seek authenticity, connection, and trust within your organization.

According to the IBM report, more than 60% of business executives view Human Resources (HR) as a primarily administrative function. It’s time that your HR department functions as an asset to your organization whose purpose it is to solve problems and equip your team with crucial SUPER (Hard + Soft) Skills.

What would happen if we combined problem-solving and effective communication with the Soft Interrogation (SI) Techniques? Where empathy meets extraction of information, and where kindness is used as a tool to promote Human Intelligence (HI).

Introducing: The Soft Interrogator (SI)

With over 30 years of successfully empowering and guiding government agencies and companies to reach their full potential, we have unlocked the secret to every human program.

Working and collaborating with incredible human beings, we have quantified the one thing holding Human Intelligence (HI) back, which is ourselves. All humans have a program that can change and advance by applying the 5 WHYs – Soft Interrogation (SI) Training Techniques. This is our mission and purpose in L.I.F.E., a human idea worth implementing and sharing.

The Soft Interrogation (SI) Methodology

SI teaches and equips teams worldwide with the SUPER (Hard + Soft) skills necessary to effectively communicate and collaborate. With these skills, you will see Emotional and Human Intelligence (HI) flourish.

Hard Interrogation uses methods of torture and intimidation to extract information from someone. This is not only inhumane but ineffective when it comes to gathering information.

Soft Interrogation (SI) Techniques use open-ended questioning, diving deep into the root cause of an issue within your organization. Through the 5 WHYs Technique, you will feel empathy, kindness, and compassion, building trust to get results.

Don’t let your team’s Emotional and Human Intelligence fall under leadership’s radar

Does your team feel undervalued, not listened to, and disconnected from decision-makers? Even the slightest doubt about an employee’s significance to an organization can drastically affect workflow and productivity.

Stop stifling communication and lead your workforce to a higher level of performance and motivation!

Instead of employees spreading the idea, “my work doesn’t matter,” spread the idea of understanding and trustworthiness throughout your organization to:

Increase productivity
Improve work culture
Combat “The Great Resignation” mindset
Increase Retention
Decrease Attrition

“When we know WHY we do what we do, everything falls into place.”
